Roy’s extensive experience in the acquisitions and divestment of oil and gas assets, along with his unique ability to create opportunity for his clients has led him to successfully complete over 200 transactions totaling more than a one and a half billion dollars in oil and gas upstream, midstream and service-related assets. Over the past four decades, he has leveraged his expertise in accounting, production and data to successfully found Roy Jackson Consulting, LLC where he leads a team that supports him in rehabilitative receiverships. The Roy Jackson Consulting team also utilizes their expertise to consult in the area of oil and gas related assets for bankers and attorneys who specialize in trusts and family offices.

With a degree in Business Administration in Management and a certified notary, she has both the formal and hands on training to manage a busy team and office.

James Sanders is an accounting professional with a degree from McMurry University, who served in the United States Air Force, earning the National Defense Service Medal, Honor Graduate Ribbon, and Small Arms Marksmanship Ribbon. He brings a strong foundation in financial services and specializes in the Wolfe Pak software platform.
His portfolio highlights significant experience in onboarding and implementing comprehensive accounting functions for midstream oil and gas entities. James is dedicated to maximizing budgetary efficiency and adhering strictly to deadlines, ensuring superior service delivery and overall benefit to our team and clients.
